Despite all the negative reviews, I have been using Pit Stop to service my company vehicles for many years and NEVER had an issue that wasn't rectified. They've always been up front about costs and honored any and all warranties.

Car wash is pitiful,no pressure,no soap

If there is any problems with the car wash during or after business hours we implore all of our customers to contact us with information to help us better serve anyone using the 24 hour car wash. We do not have staff on hand at all hours but we do anything we can to ensure that any problems with the wash are rectified. Went in to get an oil change, I picked the $29.99 option, everyone was very friendly. Then when I was paying the total was $58 bucks, so I questioned it and they quote said that they didn't have the oil I needed and put in a different one. This is totally a big Rip off and will never go back there again. I called them after the fact to see what they can do, and they were like it would of been $43 for the normal one after taxes. They are a bunch of liars and I will make sure I tell Everyone in the valley about how they are lying!

These guys are Grrrrreat!!! They are nice, friendly, knowledgeable and the place was clean.

I needed a battery replaced and the service at The Pit Stop was impressive. Contrary to how I often feel when I go to a new mechanic, I didn't feel like the gentlemen working there were trying to take advantage of me. Quite the opposite- they were very helpful and fast and even though the battery seemed a little expensive, the entire service was much cheaper than BigO when I called them for an estimate.
