I’ve been using my Pit Stop for a few years now. Every experience is solid! Great atmosphere, never try to upsell me, or pressure me into doing repairs that aren’t necessary. They are always very informative and answer all of my questions!

Overall, I'm not satisfied with the service. Change oil warning was not reset. My window washer fluid was empty which has always been filled every oil change and it wasn't touched. I was quoted over $400 for 1 new tire when I found 2 new tires down the street for $50 more.. Seemed like a price gauge. When I went to fill my own washer fluid I found a wrench that was left on top of my engine. I'm questioning whether my oil was even changed. They did point out there was an animal nest around my battery which was really the only helpful/informative part of the entire transaction. Very unsure what I paid $150 for and would not trust enough to return.

I drive from California to Colorado and pulled into in desperate need to get my windshield washer sprayer repaired. Really important for driving safety to be able to clean the windshield while in motion and for some reason in my Jeep a tricky item to repair. The guys at pit stop were able to repair it, change my oil and rotate Kyle tires in less than an hour. It was a great experience.

As a woman, it’s rare to find an oil change service that will simply ask what you want done and give you a price without trying to sell you something. These guys were very nice and didn’t try to make me pay for any extra services, gave me a fair price and were honest when they needed to charge a little extra (which I fully expected as I waited too long to change my oil), and got me in quick on a busy holiday. Thank you!
