The people and service at The Pit Stop were awesome! I went to Pit Stop because, I needed an oil change but, I did not want to drive across Glenwood through downtown to get to Grease Monkey or any of the other lube chains. I did a quick map search for something closer to work and my exit home. Called them up as I was leaving the parking lot at work and asked if I could come by right away and have my vehicle serviced. Got the price over the phone for two different levels of service and I arrived within five minutes so there was no one to compete with for service and I got in right away. I opted into the full service checkup. The whole checkup and oil change took less time than they had quoted and they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I appreciated their transparency, they take pictures of everything as they check it and send the results directly to your phone for review. I found the techs at The Pit Stop to be knowledgeable and straightforward. I will definitely return for future services.

The techs a the Pit Stop in Glenwood Springs has taken care of my car for almost six years now. They do thorough work and are very timely. In six years Ive never had to take my car back to get re-worked for a job they did prior. They are transparent and take the time to explain technicalities. They are great, thanks guys! P.S: Go bring your mechanic some doughnuts. And be nice to them yeah? Its not hard.

We used the "$5" manual car wash on 06/04 and were charged $30. Very scammy.

Typically this is just the precheck just like a gas station (pending) for the maximum time per transaction in the wash. As long as the stop button per directions was pressed. But if not, it any case a simple call in to us or walk in to the office, can clear up any confusion or allow us to refund anyone if the stop button was not pressed.
