The system runs a precheck for the maximum time the wash could be used for as a (pending charge) not a hard charge. A simple receipt print out can easily be issued with just walking in our office or letting us know, call, email, website chat. If for some reason the stop button was not pressed to stop the charge at the specified time we can easily issue a refund for any overcharge. No need to run here for complaint when any of our staff could easily fix for you or verify actual charge with a receipt copy.

Our Toyota RAV wouldnt start, so we had it towed to The Pit Stop. The guys there did a great job of helping us out. They replaced our starter in one day. Fabulous customer service and wonderful work! Will go back to them again.

Called and asked if they could fit me in same day afternoon for oil change and rotation with a general check up, he was very gracious on the phone and said ya, come on in before 4:30 and we can get you in. I went in early afternoon and had a great discussion with the man in the office, he was knowledgeable and spelled out for me what needed to be done. Super easy, good price, fast service. After trusting these guys with oil changes for my personal vehicle, I decided to use them for a bigger service. Two separate employees quoted similar pricing. When time for payment was due, an extra $130 was added without warning. They did call to correct the issue after the fact. Their service work is very good, and they explain things for the layperson to understand easily.
