Called to make appointment. They would call back. It’s been a week I’ll happily take my business elsewhere.

We checked out call logs, voicemails, website chat, and emails inquiries, but don’t see a reference for when you had called to make an appointment. Are you sure you called us? 9709451118

This car wash is super expensive and very bad maintained. It will give you 4 minutes of time for 5$. Rly? In Denver luxury self car wash is 1$ per minute.

If because both of our vacuums were down at the time of your visit. We apologize, lightning took out both of the controllers the previous week and parts are out for repairs. If you’re using either tokens or a credit card the wash is $1 per minute. Denver metro is not a good comparison to resort Glenwood Springs as our water utilities is on a 100% increase in cost from 2022-2030. Including relative cost that a Denver 1 bed rental downtown will cost around $1600 average and the same in Glenwood is around $2500 per month. Not a relative comparison. Not a large corporate owned wash just a local mom and pop willing to work with anyone that gives us a visit. We do pride ourselves with the long time locals that do appreciate our wash and shop as we have served the valley over 40 years.

RIP OFF and BAD attitude. Been coming here for years, way before this new owner, think his name is Kevin. Spent over $300 or so in a week on oil changes and tire balancing for a couple vehicles, but needed an air filter changed on the Jetta - already had the filter in the back seat. They quoted $200 - to change an AIR FILTER! When I went to pick up the Jetta I mentioned that I was a bit upset about being quoted such an exorbitant amount for a small job. Owner copped a huge attitude and said "I don't work for free" and told his manager not to service my vehicles. Called Grease Monkey and they said $20. Looked on YouTube and it's a C-clamp and 4 bolts. Back in the day this place was the "go to" for fleet service and was always busy, now it's a ghost town - do yourself a favor and just go to Grease Monkey. All the locals do. Take a good look at all the 1 star reviews.

We’ve been a locally owned (same) family business for over 32 years. We do our best with every customer that comes in for service. But we do have the occasional entitled individual that all they want to do is argue. Not much you can do to make these kinds of people happy. We had black listed this individual because we had had problems. We take care of all our customers especially those that appreciate our years of efforts and will continue to do so.

In and out! I was traveling from Sedona to Glenwood Springs and back. On the way back, I really needed an oil change. They had great reviews and for a reason! Very nice guys! They had me done in 15 minutes. And warned me about some potential problems They really know how to look out. Thanks guys!

Thank you, we appreciate the feedback!

I went here once before to have my oil changed. The man at the counter asked what I wanted, and I said the same thing as last time, and that my information was in the computer. My last bill was $60. I was notified that my car was ready and that my bill was $95. I asked why the cost was significantly more, and he, the owner, said that he knew I paid $60 last time, but that they had used conventional oil mistakenly. I said I didn’t want to pay $94, and that he should have asked me if I was willing to pay more prior to changing my oil. I asked to pay $60, and he said that if he took $28 off, I could « never come here again. » He also overfilled my coolant. He did not approach me prior to doing this either. He did several other unprofessional things.

We strive to always give our customers the best service in regards to the vehicle’s specifications and requirements. It was caught that the vehicle had received conventional oil in the previous visit, although the requirements for the engine’s specifications was synthetic. Therefore a synthetic oil was required at a minimum for the service. Although the customer wanted to just use conventional oil for their ongoing maintenance. When we had told the customer that synthetic is the required oil based on the manufacturer stated documentation the customer stated “those are just rules and I don’t believe in rules or the government”. But we have an obligation to put the correct fluids in a vehicle according to the manufacturer engineered specifications. We apply all aspects to maintain all manufacturer and third party warranties with no exception. If any request is made to deviate from those standards we can no longer agree to service. Hence why we can no longer provide service for this particular customer.
