I heard a scraping noise from my brakes on a cross country trip that progressed into a grinding noise. I figured I better get it looked at before i got into the mountains. I checked reviews and The Pit Stop popped up. I called at 4:50 and they said they could look at my car the next morning. I was there when they opened and they helped me right away. Turns out the brake pad fell off the backing and it was metal on metal, worse then that my caliper was seized. they got all the parts i needed and completed the repair and I was on my way with great feeling brakes. Th guys were very helpful and professional. They even helped me with suggestions for lunch when I asked. If on the off chance I need car repairs while traveling and there is a Pit Stop around, I will stop again.
