Do not use the credit card reader in the self service wash. I inserted the card and turned it to rinse. I was just getting some road slime off. Used it for maybe 5 minutes and was charged $18.98. Not ever going back. I turned it to stop when I was done and it stopped.

We apologize for your mishap on the wash. If anyone ever has an issue with the card reader we always will reimburse the difference. But the wash clearly states immediately below the card reader “that you must hit the stop button to stop the charge on your card”. Turning the dial to the off position does not stop the card reader. More than likely a good samaritan behind you hit the button on the wash after you left stopping the charge at the amount. Give us a call as this does happens on occasion and we are always willing to help. 9709451118
