From out of town and need to leave tomorrow and I am in the repairs business I understand that there is no guarantee but the guy absolutely chewed me out for even asking if it was a possibility to get it done in the next couple days... just say you aren't capable and I would say thanks for your time... im having a bad day but someone else needs to get a rocky mountain high and settle down
In all honesty, we hadn’t even seen this vehicle. The customer first ask if we had roadside service which is a service we don’t offer, but we had suggested it be towed in for service. Then proceeded to ask if we could fix their vehicle without us having any knowledge to what was wrong. As we replied, that we don’t know if we could fix it today because we didn’t know what the issue was. We fix a lot of vehicles but are in the same boat that a doctors office would be in the same situation. The patient/ vehicle would need to be looked at in order to give a proper diagnosis for treatment/ repair. But we apologize holistic repair is not our specialty.
